Targeting ages 6 to 17 to speak on Social Pressures, Emotion Regulation, and Mental Health. Also, S.E.L.F. empowers the youth to excel in school, become good citizens, and lead healthy, productive lives.

Round Table Discussions
The round table discussions are for children ages 6-17 held one time a month at previous locations in the Fredericksburg, VA area. We give the youth an opportunity to share their hopes and concerns in a secure setting in everyday life.
